The V-Sharp XE (Xtreme Edge) is the worlds first freehand precision knife sharpener. Sharpens your knife at the same angle every time.
Provides for three sharpening angles 17°, 20°, 25° and 30°. Uses two high quality 325 grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpens the blade on both sides simultaneously.
The unit will hold a second set of grits on the other side of the honing rods enabling an easy changeover if required.
Ideal for Hunting, Filet and most flat-blade knives.
Please note: The V-Sharp XE is not intended to replace the V-Sharp Classic. The V-Sharp XE has a very different feel to it and was designed to be Xtremely lightwieght (only 229 grams) and versatile while out in the field. It is ideal for this purpose.
No tools are necessary to change grits or angles and it is dishwasher safe.
Optional spare Diamond Rods are also available (325 grit, 600 grit & 1000 grit), available at a special price if purchased with the unit.
